These people are not professional at all , they make a contract with you for 2 years and make you pay for the devices in full and pay monthly charge and when i asked them to cancel the service they refused even i own the the devices and they kept charging me for 2 years without any service they provide

I would highly recommend Shield Security. They have done a few home security system updates for me over the years (more sensors, etc). Today I spoke to Gord, the owner ( I think), and was expecting to need a service call for my issue, however, without going into specifics, he was able to solve my problem over the phone, saving me a service call, which was way more than I was expecting.They seem very trustworthy, ethical, and honest.
