Installation crew is friendly and efficient, finished the roof in one day and left the place clean. All the staff were professional and helpful through the whole process of picking the proper shingles, installation, cleanup and post inspection.

Titans RoofWorks just installed a new garage roof and it looks just as great as the main house roof they installed in 2011 (the 10 year old GAF shingles still look new). The original garage roof installed in 2007 by another roofer used crap IKO shingles and failed. Titan's excellence in customer service and quality long lasting installations make it a 11 out of 10 in my books!

Titans Roofworks was amazing. I’m repeat customer and they didn’t disappoint! They were responsive and came the next to fix my roof. Not only did they replace some shingles that fell off during a wicked wind storm but they fixed netting small critters tried to get through and caulked areas of the roof that were missing.

Sometimes you just know..... as soon as we met Shawn we knew we were going to have a very positive experience. Even before that, the service we received on the phone was exceptional. Great new roof, fantastic colour match to our house brick work, new vents, great crew who did a great job cleaning up as well. We would highly recommend Titans RoofWorks, without hesitation. Still waiting for a return call from one of the companies we reached out to, as well as a follow up from a company which came an gave a quote.

Contracted a $14,000 complete roof job in July.... Scheduled maybe late August. Then Late September, then "we'll give you 48 hours notice". Skids of shingles arrive mid November. Dec 5 EMAIL: "we're getting out of the steep roof business, some guys quit.... we'll be by to pick up our supplies." So at the end of the season, they simply abandon their commitment. No alternatives, no recommendations, no subcontract. NO OWNERSHIP. Some of my neighbours bailed on them in September... don't I look the fool. I've used them in the past... but something

My experience of Titans roofworks is that only leaks when it rains from multiple locations.....
Very dissatisfied with the quality of work done by Titans Roofworks and with the attempts at fixing the multiple leaks that have resulted from the roof shingle replacement AND flashing adjustments which were not done according to agreed upon estimate.
We now have a roof section with electrical wiring for lighting that leaks right above the front door which will be quite dangerously icy in winter, there were no problems before Titans Roofworks was hired to replace the roof as everything was watertight
