I called Nailed It to shovel the snow off my flat roof after the big Toronto snowstorm. Ryan called me back the same day and as promised, showed up the next day at the time he said. He and his team cleared my roof in 45 minutes. The charge was reasonable and the service and quality of the job were excellent. First time using them and I'm calling them whenever I need roof-work.

I have a couple of shingles blown off due to strong gusty winds. Been searching for companies that do repair and most of them are quite ripped off at prices. I finally found Nailed it Roofing on Google. Sara the Office Manager was quite to respond and answered all the questions. She has quickly book me an appointment for the next day. Ryan and his… co worker are so professional and replaced the shingles in less than 10 minutes cause its only 4 shingles that were blown off so its a real small job. Most wonderful thing is their price is absolutely reasonable and affordable.

From start to finish, great experience. Called the main number, had a quote booked in a few days following. Damian reached out to discuss the details of the quote (I didn’t even have to call them to follow up). He spent a good 20 mins with me on the phone answering all my questions.
After signing the quote, they booked a day to do the job very promptly. It was a cold snowy day and the team were amazing. The snow was not an issue for them, they were quick, and checked in with my frequently throughout the job. They found some boards that needed replacing but always checked with me first to show

The winter winds came howling and it appeared that many home owners had an emergency roof repair, including myself. Roofing companies were overwhelmed with demand and a good deal of them took advantage of pricing. Nail It Roofing provided a very fair price and was empathetic to the situation.

Getting in touch with the folks at Nailed It Roofing was not easy, but that’s because they were super busy, and they were busy because they are really good at what they do! Damian, the owner is a sincere gentleman to deal with.
Adam helped us choose the best roof available. Sara booked the earliest appointment possible. And Martin scheduled the team to get our roof done a day earlier. We had a leak in our roof and Manny "nailed it". He found the problem promptly and knew exactly how to fix it. Very attentive and very detailed with his work. He also looked around the rest of the roof to see if there were any other issues for us and fixed those issues. Manny and Damian make a great team. Would highly recommend this company.

Everyone at this company was very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to please and did a terrific job. Dean, in particular was notable in his attention to detail and good communication from start to finish. Price was fair as well. My mom called this company, on July 30 to repair the roof before moving out the next day; not only did they give an amazing price but they showed up almost immediately and fixed the roof the day we called.
She was so happy with the customer service provided, the quality of the product itself and efficiency of the company!
Nailed It is a truly amazing and honest company, not something you see very much anymore! My mother has non stop been talking about how happy she with the service, they took such a big anxiety of her back by coming day of and offering a phenomenal price.

Same day service, excellent communication, provided before and after pictures to help me understand what the issue was and what the repair process was. Very reasonable pricing, very professional crew. The billing was handled after the repair and came across as a secondary priority to the actual repair. I have a roofing contractor for life after this first service call. No need to shop around ever again. Extremely happy.

I was very surprised that they came with a big crew. The site was well organized - the tools and materials were placed on a row, and clean. I have seen many construction sites, but rarely anyone like them. Damian manged the job site efficiently, the workers worked professorially, and were well trained. Damian is a very kind man , he even helped me paint a wood siding area where I could not reach it by myself. When I asked for a quote for gutters and downspouts replacement, Damian went to check and told me that the gutter and downspouts looked ok, and did not need to waste money to be replaced.

They were professional, experienced and very efficient. they came ready to work and took all the necessary precautions to protect my property and they did a very through clean up afterwards.
