I was recommended the company through a friend and when I initially visited the store had a very good impression of the sales person V. He seemed knowledgeable and took the time to show me various floors and had answers to all my questions. I instantly trusted him which is why my disappointment later was greater.
I was specifically looking for vinyl floors as I have a senior dog that often has accidents. V said there are waterproof laminate as well and that he would show me what they have and I should focus on the quality of the floor instead of vinyl vs laminate (European being the best) Most

I visited a few flooring stores before I met with Victor. I had the best impression from this store. Professional and very helpful. He and his dad helped me pick out potential tiles to match the floor. I did not use the tiles but appreciated their assistance.
I ended up spending much more than I planned to once he showed me a very high quality engineered hardwood rift and quartered 3/4 inch thick plank sample. I was in love with it. The floor looks incredible installed. It looks and feels expensive (and it is expensive), but he gave it to me at a great price which was comparable to a mid-level

These guys have terrible customer service, and their excuse for poor service is that they are "Too busy". I paid over $10,000 for (well, it's beautiful) laminate flooring in a smallish one bedroom apartment. When I complained that it seemed to be staining, I was told I could not wash the floor! ---and to be very careful with it. They should have said something BEFORE i decided to purchase this particular floor. Then, I had my bathroom re-done and asked for a new transition piece for beside the tub. Was told to call next week. Have called again and am simply getting the run-around
