Arrived 1 hour late yet charged me for that hour. Took 1/2 hour sitting in his truck writing up a bill. Loitered and took his time while here.
Was charged double what we were quoted.
Almost scratched my new stove with a metal clothes hanger he used in place of a screwdriver. When I asked him to stop waving the sharpened pointy end it at my stove he he denied it even though I was literally standing there while he did it.
He pulled the" I'm a Christian too" card to make me soften when I confronted him on his dishonesty in hours on the bill. He called his boss in front of me and proceeded
