Critical: Professionalism
They sent over a plumber named Will who refused to wear a mask when entering my home. He insisted that he was 'fine' and 'safe' and wouldn't listen when I said that I was not comfortable with his presence. As a grandmother, I felt unsafe and threatened by this behaviour.

I was recommended Harbour City Plumbing by a friend and I could not be happier about the results. My husband and I are building a new home and while some trades have been hard to get in and get the job done Harbour City Plumbing showed up when they said they would, got the job done and left the site clean. Their pricing was really competitive and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again.
