Went through Hydro & got 5 windows replaced, & 4 of of them have developed condensation & frost buildup. Contacted company & still waiting for service to be checked out. I would not recommend this company to any home owners in the future. Poor customer service. Not happy with my service work. Still waiting for my copy of contract with Manitoba Hydro also. Very unprofessional by my books. Totally not happy with this company, (NISBY).

Sent RFQ via website.Roof replacement . Jim Rutledge left message on my landed. Tried several time’s throughout the day using both my landed and cell. The message box was full. Certainly if he had checked missed calls he would have recognized the number. No excuses there.
Several calls later he answered. It was late in the day. I asked if he worked Saturday.We set an appointment for 1:30 PM. I also indicated I was wanting to go to the lake later that day but the time works. I supplied him with my cell as an easier way to contact.

Like the Titanic hitting the iceberg, our roof was badly leaking and we were taking in water!!!
After calling a few roofing companies, Nisby came through in the end. From initial call back to job completed, it was all done in about 8 days!
Jim was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, and was even on site during the installation and ON THE ROOF!
The subcontracted crew (Shedwater) was prompt, courteous and efficient. They placed tarps down to collect the old shingles and garbage, and used a magnetic pickup tool at the end to pick up any nails that may have gotten missed.

I had the General Manager Jim R. come over for an estimate to do outside home renovations on our house. He came promptly and sounded very nice and informative. He promised an estimate for the work within 3 days. I waited 2 weeks and contacted him by email to ask if the estimate was being worked on. Again he promised the estimate by the weekend. It’s been now 1.5 months. No estimate, no contact, no phone calls. I sent another email saying that if he wasn’t interested in doing our work then to let us know. No answer from him. So we have given up on this company. We wanted to go with a well known

After waiting over 3 months to receive my new front door from my supplier, I gave up, cancelled the order and went to see if Nisby Home Renovations could help. They certainly did. They built me a new beautiful door with a lovely glass design in 5 days. Amazing! Their door installer Jim called me on day 5 to say he had the door and was coming then to install it. Jim removed the old door, installed the new one, rehung the storm door and cleaned up the debris left behind. I was very impressed with their timeline (quick), their professionalism and expertise. I’ll definitely use Nisby’s again. Great

We wanted to get storm doors put on our home and I called Barry at Nisby. He got back to me right away with a quote and we went ahead.
The door installer, Jim, was super polite and clearly very experienced. He completed everything to well above and beyond our expectations.
