We hired Floor Country Canada this summer to do our feature wall in the living room. Evon was very professional and walk us through every details of the project recommending the right tiles and measurements to fit our space. The contractor Rob did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. He worked hard to drill holes in the tiles for the TV wires and cleaned up everything afterwards. Super, dependable family owned company. I highly recommend Floor Country Canada for any house project.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received. I recently had vinyl plank flooring installed in my washroom and kitchen and they were not installed correctly and are lifting and the company refuses to fix it unless I have everything removed and they are charging me to do this. This was also a job that was supposed to be completed in three days and it ended up taking 4 months so I could not even cook at home since my oven needed to be disconnected. The worker that they sent was rude, inexperienced and very inconsistent in that he would say he was coming and then wouldn't show up or would

What a great place to shop! They have a crazy amount of flooring options and they also have ceramic tile, quartz counters and even offer cabinetry! Who knew!? The employees there are so friendly and helpful, I never knew there was so much to learn about flooring! Highly recommend shopping here, not only will you get great product and service but also learn a few things along the way!

I had an excellent experience here with Sandy and her helper (whose name I dont think I got, sorry!) My wife and I were looking for some laminate flooring to repair a few warped boards but the exact type we needed was discontinued!
I had called a few places but they all wanted to sell me an entire new set of flooring which was just unreasonable for the small fix we needed. However, coming down to Floor Country proved to be a good call because instead of trying to sell us on a new set, she attempted to actually fix my problem. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the completion of our kitchen renovation. From the very beginning of our project Evon did a great job refining our ideas and vision of what our kitchen could be. It was a pleasure to work with Sandy, who is really professional and polite. We’ve checked a couple of other flooring companies, and after our first call to Floor Country Canada we knew the difference and decided to work with them. Sandy made all measurements very carefully. Carpet installers were professional too and did a good job. We are happy with the result!

My husband and I were looking for flooring a friend suggested we check this place out . We met Sandy at the shop she was very helpful with showing us different flooring options, her experience was very visible, the pricing was good being less then other stores for the same material . When we contacted the shop saying that we had material left over she suggested that she could put us on a call list so that possibly someone might need flooring to finish a project and true to her word she called and we were able to sell what we had left. We have nothing but good things to say. 5 out of 5 stars
