Greg our Sales rep was really great made the purchasing process easy and was very informative. The installation team was brutal. We were told they were coming between 8-9am they didn’t show up until after 3pm (apparently our appointment was changed and we weren’t notified) They left 5 hours later leaving us with a furnace full of holes which was causing all the hot air to leak into our laundry room and not heat our home. Boonstra then said they would send someone at 9am the next day however we didn’t have someone actually come and start working till after 1pm (again Apparently our appointment

Steve came to our house within a few hours to repair our furnace. While it was unrepairable, Steve took the time to explain each of the deficiencies and other problems I was not aware of including a leaking air conditioner. Although the problem did occur over the Christmas to New Year's holidays, Steve arranged for same day installation of the furnace which was very much appreciated as I have a palliative husband at home. Mike and Joe installed both our furnace and air conditioner in record time! They took all COVID safety precautions when entering our home and were professional throughout. Mike

James and Mike did a same day furnace replacement today, ours died last night when it was minus 15. I can’t believe they were in and out in 4 hours. Considering how much stuff they had to move in and out it wasn’t too much of an upheaval. James and Mike were both very professional, wore masks and left everything neat and tidy when they left. So appreciate having heat again, thanks so much guys

Dan and Mike came to install a new furnace, new A/C and new tankless water heater. They were polite, friendly and knew what they were doing. I had many questions about the new system, as I have never had a tankless water heater. And Dan explained all I need to know. Very happy with the guys and new services so far!

Let's start by staying nobody wants to buy a new furnace when their's breaks, but Boonstra made that easy. Tony in sales was honest, fair with pricing and gave us the time of day for all our questions.
Service was very responsive. We purchased it at 4:30 pm and the next day at 8:30 am the van was in our driveway.
The guys who really deserve a ton of credit are the installers Dan and Mike. These two employees are professional, trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable and most of all did one of the neatest furnace installs I have ever seen.
Overall this was a bad news turned into a great installation

We had no heat so I booked an appointment first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day! Our heat came back on so I called to cancel and the lovely lady I spoke with on the phone told me to keep the appointment and I am so glad she did because we need to have a part replaced!! The gentleman who came was very thorough and professional. I am very happy with the service I received today and all of the previous service I have had from Boonstra.
