Ben was so professional, honest and humble . I thought he bought a new rug when he retuned with my rug. It was so clean all the stains where gone, it smelled fresh and feels fluffy. I was surprise how it turned out. Its been over 6 years I haven't cleaned it because I was afraid it will be ruin if I took it to have it professionally done. Ben is amazing! He is very professional and experienced in his work. My family and I have been getting our rugs cleaned with his company for many years and the outstanding service continues to be consistent. We have many Persian rugs which are delicate to work with and our dog has made accidents on them a few times. We can always count on Ben at Toronto Rug Cleaning to get the job done. I recently hired Toronto Rug Cleaning to clean and remove pet stains from my light grey wool area rug. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was! From the first contact I knew that I had chosen a great company. Ben was so professional and friendly to deal with. He was up front with the cost, the cleaning process and timeline. The day he returned the rug it looked amazing! Unfortunately shortly after it was back, my pet peed on it. I called Ben in desperation and he returned within 20 minutes to help me out. Now that is great service! Thank you Ben!

Impressive work and service ever!
Our puppy soiled and urinated on the carpet in our family room. We first called another company to come over clean the carpet with steam cleaning service, and these two guys obviously had no idea what they were doing and ruined our entire rug.
We then called Toronto Rug Cleaning for help to save our brand new carpet we just purchased for only 5 months. The hard part is the yellow stain was all over the pure white rug, it looks like that was impossible to clean.
Ben made the miracle happen and turned out the carpet returned to its shine and whiteness again.

I used to work at the University of Toronto in the Office of the Governing Council, and I remembered when the Chair of the Governing Council had an oriental carpet installed in their office. I was there the day the carpet arrived and I chatted with the owner and took his business card. I was impressed with his knowledge of the carpets he sold, collected and cleaned. In late 2018 I retired from the University and I forgot to save the business card when I cleaned out my office. So when I decided to have my carpets fixed and cleaned in 2019 I wanted to call the same company “Toronto Rug Cleaning”

Excellent service! We were looking to have two rugs cleaned (including an off white wool rug!) and Ben did a fantastic job-it looks brand new! It was super convenient-he came to pick up the rugs, and returned them within a week. Ben is really professional and really knows his stuff-he even helped us arrange it back into place! Quick and Quality Service! Toronto Rug Cleaning was extremely flexible in their schedule when I explained I would need to have my rug cleaned and returned before the holidays. They were understanding, friendly, and had absolutely no problem returning my rug in exceptional condition and days before my family was visiting for Thanksgiving. Not only was it clean but they repaired parts of the rug that had been damaged for years. Ben was overly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to perfectly repair one our most valuable and sentimental rugs. Many thanks and all the best Ben!
