Completed in 2017, SOLE Downtown is the second iteration of SOLE. Inspired by the success of the first SOLE multifamily projects SOLE Kelowna, SOLE Downtown was met with immediate attention and sold out within weeks of its release to the Kelowna real estate market. A combination of multifamily residential and ground and second floor mixed commercial, SOLE Downtown further supported the desire for affordable, smart space living in Kelowna.
Her International is a non-profit organization focused on educational opportunities, scholarships and providing sustainable life skills for women and girls living impoverished in Nepal. Kevin's passion for Her International started during a visit to Nepal in 2009 where he and his wife Linda travelled to Kathmandu and the Dang region where they met many of Her International's sponsored girls and mothers.
