All of their staff were super professional. From the person who took the call on a Saturday morning, to the manger who called back a short time later to confirm the details for the replacement of a hot water tank to the technician who performed the installation. Purchased a Rheem water heater from Home Depot that had a faulty gas control assembly. We didn't have hot water for a week, as it took Rheem several days to process our parts order, but 4 Seasons was quick to provide the repair work once the parts were received. Our 20 year old gas furnace had an issue with the exhaust fan (noisy bearings). Nathan came out and looked at it and sourced out a new fan and replaced the fan an gave the furnace a good cleaning. Highly recommend 4 Seasons. He also took precautions by wearing his PPE during these Covid times.

Replaced our old central air conditioner in May 2019. Booking the appt was easy and we were able to get them out within a week. The 2 man crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. No billing surprises or extras from the quote. We went through a couple of hot days now and the AC works great.

Robert and his team of Mike and Derek did an excellent job of installing our new furnance and hot water tank. They arrived on time and were efficient, clean and quick. Robert is very personable and knowledgeable and kept me apprised of what work they would be doing and explained it in detail. I would highly recommend them.

His customer service was very friendly and his expertise was very impressive.
We picked out our water heater at the Home Depot and it was entered promptly into their computer.
4 Season’s contacted us the next day and we made arrangements for them to come to our home and let us know if it was possible to side vent the water tank. Robert came to our home with a cheerful disposition and assessed our basement and reported to us that he would be able to side vent our water heater much

On April 24/19 we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in our home. The work was done by ROBERT A., ANDREW and MIKE C.
These gentlemen did a great job and answered any questions I had.

We had the misfortune of our furnace quitting during a Winnipeg cold snap but feel most fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet Nathan of 4 Seasons!!! After calling their office he arrived within 30 min. Unfortunately just as he showed up we lost power as well,which limited him to finding the issue at that time. He willingly left to help someone else complete another job but kept his phone close to wait for a call that our power was back up and running. He returned promptly. We thought that we would have to replace our furnace, but due to his expertise, Nathan was able to determine a faulty

Excellent customer service. Purchased a Rheem hot water tank from Home Depot, and had it installed by another company as we live outside of Winnipeg. Didn’t heat properly from first day, warm water only not hot. Contacted Rheem warranty department who contacted 4 Seasons. Edithe, Michaela went above and beyond normal customer service levels to help us get hot water.
Robert A was the tech who came to our home. He also provided excellent service and made sure we had hot water before he left.
