Founded in 1973 as Citation Carpets by Israel Turk, we have been one of the largest suppliers and installers of carpet to some of the biggest residential and commercial builders in the GTA. In 1983 we added Conquest Carpet Corporation to our group of companies.
With the increase in demand for other flooring products, in 1997 we added the Trust Tile and Hardwood Company to our roster to offer our customers a single source for supply and install of all flooring products.For over 45 years we have been the trusted supplier of flooring to the residential and commercial construction industry throughout Ontario.
We have installed thousands of flooring products for high rise and low rise housing developments as well as commercial, hospitailty and institutional clients. The Trust Floor Store showroom has been created to offer a one-stop shopping experience for all our clients. Located 4965 Steeles Ave. West, it features an endless selection of tile, stone, broadloom, rugs, hardwood, luxury vinyl and laminate flooring.

Our condo was supposed to have 'premium' flooring... Laminate was buckling seams throughout kitchen, living room and hallway. These guys came by 5 times to 'evaluate' the situation. Appears that the boards, width wise are not connected, you step on one side, it dips down but opposite board stays up. Bush league installation and quality. No resolution given other then having a 'tech' ( lol...flooring technicians??) To come back and take up glue .. that's right .. glue off the top of the boards. Do not use. Unfortunately they do not stand behind their quality of product. If clowns owned a company

Trust Flooring did an appalling job of installing graffiti tiles in our en-suite, one tile was installed upside down and 2 others tiles installed next to each other instead of a random pattern. Twelve months later and we are still waiting to have the problem resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! Worst quality ever!!! We bought a home through a builder and they messed up our tiles really bad. The builder had to argue with them to repair it and when they did repair it, the quality was even worse. I do not recommend!! Bad customer service, Bad finished product, Overall BAD!!!!!! Thankfully the builder is working with us and going to make it right at a cost to them I am sure.
