Best Guard Security

Worst company I have ever worked with. They don’t care about their employees. Pay them just minimum wage and send you to site more than 40 kms away. They Average the overtime pay with 30 days so if you work overtime time two weeks and do regular work on other you got no overtime. They charge you $180 for a shirt and pants which is not more worth than $70. They will not let you take emergency leave and insist you to go to work doesn’t matter what’s your condition. Even they can advice you to not to see a doctor and get some recommend medicine. By any chance if you complain to hr they won’t

I have been working in best guard for 2yrs and I am lucky that the site I worked in is peaceful, easy, and comfortable. Sometimes dispatch will call you for emergency shift and some sites are difficult to work at especially during winter time, but generally speaking the experience is tolerable. It is good to grow with this company and see that security guards including me become more professional over time and we continue improving better reputation among clients.
This company is not perfect, It doesn't cover as many employment benefits as the more reputational security firms, and uniform fees

A great startup place to work for and they pay on time and accordingly, expensive uniform and mistreatment of guards. easy to get hired quick training and great system of clocking in and out. I complained to them that a site I was working on a person threatened my life and I am stuck with their great uniform btw but they do not take a second look at you if you are in danger or correct and complain and do not show up to work.. but it is a great place to work if u do not run into problems or are not late or do not show up.

Working for Best Guard Security was a very good experience. The company delivered all their promises, including regular payments, completely and on time. That is the most important. Definitely I would come back to this company in case I consider security work again.

I am working for long time. Company is very serious in their profession and services toward their respectful clients. At the same time company also very cooperative, attentive and helpful to solve the problem if arrirses. To build your carrier, the company facilities help and support towards its staffs. I have been working with this company full time for more than two years at a condominium site. Before that I worked at the same site with Commissionaires Great Lakes Company. Very small company, CEO and Dispatcher knows almost everyone by name, I get payment on time, no union no benefit package so no deduction from my earning. I get more for spending according to my own choice. Very flexible at scheduling, leave and vacation prayer within the procedure.
