Derrick was exceptional. He came out to look at what we wanted done, provided a quote. He was polite and courteous and also has a good sense of humour! While this is not indicative of Capor necessarily, I do want to mention due to COVID my windows took several weeks to arrive. Longer than expected, but that was out of the hands of Derrick and team.
When the windows arrived and the date was scheduled for install, the team was prompt and incredibly fast. The result was fantastic. I will definitely keep them in mind when I'm ready for more work.

We contracted Capor to install new fiberglass shingles on our roof. After a strong storm in mid-June 2021 saw heavy rainfall and high winds in North London, we experienced some damage to our roof and needed repairs. We called eight roofing companies in the London area and no one picked up the initial call. We left seven voicemails though (one company's number did not even connect). After 24 hours we did not hear back from any of the voicemails we left, but thankfully some family members recommended Capor. **WARNING**HORRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
I hired this company to come and install a door and windows for my house on Thursday, September 24th. On Friday, I called twice because the job done was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS! I have left several messages with the receptionist and spoke to a representative who says, he will call back but never does. None of the calls have been returned.
I am mortified to see that this company has such great reviews when, I trusted this company and PAID all the fees for the work to be done. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM! I would hate for anyone to pay for

CAPOR has done two major projects for us in the last few years; a new roof, and in 2019, a new front door entry system with siding.
CAPOR's sales consultants are punctual, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and no-pressure. Their pricing is reasonable and competitive.
Their management of projects is excellent. Any issues or problems are quickly addressed and or corrected. Work may be performed by their own staff or through the use of sub-contractors, in either case, it is the oversight of the project, provided by both Denish and the sales representative

Excellent service and quality of work. The salesperson Steve was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. We used them a few years ago for our roof and were so happy that we called them again to do all of our windows and doors. Will be calling them soon for our next project. Highly recommended!

Hands down, the best renovation company in town!!!! I had a leaky roof and was having a hard time finding a company to fix it when I needed it done. Thankfully I found this amazing company CAPOR Renovations who gladly took on the job. What an amazing experience from start to finish. I was worried about the mess it was going to make, but the staff were so friendly and experienced they knew how to reduce my stress and walked me through the whole process so I knew what to expect.
