Ron’s experience and knowledge about cleaning wall to wall, WOOL, carpeting and his competitive quote led us to book with him. We are so glad we did. He arrived 10 mins before the appointment time - a good sign in my books. He reviewed the process he was going to use on our wool carpeting; pre-treatment, cleaning etc. He worked quietly, efficiently, was tidy, careful, professional and very thorough. He spent time afterwards explaining the drying times and after care and he even gave us some excellent tips on spot cleaning and caring for our carpets so they would look great for a long, long time
