The company is disorganized and the quality of cleaning is mediocre to poor. We had a full carpet cleaning done and after the carpet dried we went upstairs only to notice that dirt in the carpet had not been… removed. Specifically, most of the spilled milk from our son was still left in the carpet These are stains that I can remove myself with regular carpet cleaner but I shouldn’t have to after getting a professional carpet cleaning done.
We are very disappointed and frustrated as we wanted the carpets cleaned for a dinner we were hosting and the carpets largely looked the same. I

Had a chair with some serious stains on it. Matt came in and had it looking much better than I anticipated. We have used them for carpet cleaning in the past and our carpets looked very good afterwards. I would recommend this company for the good service as well as their products are environmentally friendly as well as pet friendly.

Was scheduled to have my carpets done yesterday, they didn’t have a driver show up— so they rescheduled me for today @ 1pm. 1pm rolled around and no one came, so I had to call to see what was going on.. he was still in another city about 1.5 hours away and no one called to let me know. So I cancelled the appt since the timing no longer worked, and… went and bought my own carpet cleaner. Then a few hours later another person called from the company to ask if the cleaner had left my house yet, and when I said no he never came here they had no idea where he was/what he was doing
