I hired this company to clean my carpet. It was a small room, so the minimum charge was high. The technician was only working for about 20 mins (circa $5/min). Although the carpet was generally clean, some stains remained and the carpet required vacuuming by me to remove remaining dirt. The job appeared to have been handled in a routine way rather than in addressing the needs of my particular carpet.

Hired these guys to clean my sofa and they did a horrible job. Left black stripes on the sofa that weren't there before. They came back to clean a second time and insisted that the stripes were there before and that no cleaner could remove them. We spent an hour scrubbing to get them out. Sofa is now nice and clean, but why pay someone else so that I can spend an hour cleaning my own sofa? The answer is, don't!
