Excellent services and product. We researched many moss removal services - one aspect we liked about Rotban is that the treatment is sprayed on the roof from below- no one walks on or touches the roof. Two years later parts of the roof look new again. We did find a very small amount of moss on a shady spot, I contacted Rotban, they confirmed and retreated very quickly. I highly recommend Rotban, I feel that we received great value for the cost.

We live in a strata (single family homes) and our clay roofs are not allowed to be walked on because we can't replace broken tiles. Moss removal is a problem but strata allowed us to use Rotban because it provided a no walk option to deal with moss.
There is a noticeable difference between the houses that did this and those that haven't. It takes longer and does not mean moss will always fall off when dead but it definitely kills the moss and inhibits growth.
Rotban's warranty is outstanding. My neighbour had their roof treated recently and I saw the guys working so I asked them to have a look

The technicians showed up on time and were excellent on customer service and ability. Very polite and considerate! I was worried because it rained later in the day, thinking the spray would run off, but within days the moss on my roof was turning from green to brown. A week and a half later, it's all dead. Highly recommend this company!

We hired Rotban to clean our roof of moss and coat it with a product that is supposed to prevent return of moss for five years. We won't know how long it lasts until time passes, but we were impressed with their prompt responses to phone calls and emails, etc. They showed up on time and employees were professional and appeared to do the job well. Our only issue was that the product wasn't immediately washed off one of our balconies and balcony furniture so it did create a cleaning job for us and damaged the finish of the chairs. We used Rotban's services about 5 years ago and have called them back to do a treatment again. Their price is very reasonable and getting them in every 5 years has certainly prolonged the life of our roof.

We just had our roof and siding done. The north side of our house was completely covered in moss and algae. Our soffits front and back were covered in black algae. Could never remove and tried for years. Rotban has done an incredible job. It is unbelievable there is no moss or algae present. The roof will take some time. Gregg said they would be back in 6 months to check. They definitely know what they are doing. We are extremely happy with their results.

We had our roof treated three or four years ago and it still looks brand new - the roof itself is now 17 years old - our neighbor had their roof replaced the same year as us and it is "black" with moss growth on the North Side where ours has no streaking or growth. Prior to treatment the South Side was pretty good but there were big black streaks down the North Side and clumps of moss growing against the crevices between the garage and the house. There is no sign of any growth/mold anywhere. Rotban is a very professional and trustworthy company. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to extend
