They wasted 3 hrs for paper work .Just focusing more on how to make money through camera.Even I did the drain cleaning and camera b4 their arrival but their main focus was to run the camera.
Ultimately I agreed to run the camera, but they left as they got the next call.
I waited for them for 1.5 months and they never realized that I aligned other trades too and they wasted all.of my time .
I will not recommend them for any kind of job.

I won't ever go with them now but if you do, don't request that Wayne come out. He is an As* and thinks he is a Know-it-all and will do a home inspection without asking, will give rude comments about your wiring, gas fireplace, etc.. inspecting things he was not called to your house to do nor have the right to inspect, he is a plumber. Very disrespectful and invading to ones personal space. Do the job you were asked to do. Idi*t

I have hired staff from Mike The Plumber 5 times now. They are professional, punctual, their diagnostics and work are efficient and resolved my issues. I feel comfortable having their staff of plumbers (Tom, Wayne, James) working in my home. Their office administrator (Sharon) is friendly and quick to fit me in if I have an emergency.I have nothing negative to report. Every experience has been right on track.

Called to have a drain line unblocked, they showed up in a timely matter and fixed the problem.
While the technician was there I asked to get a quote on a toilet because it was not working, he looked at it for approximately 10 minutes before telling me that he will need to "research" into it further. When it was time for the billing I was charged $100 for him to troubleshoot the toilet! He said part of the charge was for toilet "research" into whether it needed replacement parts, a new tank or completely new system.
I have called back several times and talked to someone about this and was reassured

Mike the Plumber is also Drains R US - I used Drains R Us yesterday unknowingly. I had called Mike the Plumber, but obviously was unaware it was the same company. I purposely did not choose them because many reviews mentioned their prices are high, and they really are. Although services was great, fixed my issue just over an hour, I felt the bill was on the high side. $308 for snaking a kitchen sink line. Again, great service though
