Briar Plumbing was amazing, they gave such good service and were able to fit us in on such short notice. Hayden stayed late at work when he could have finished to help me out. I just called their office and got yelled at, wow, this is upsetting. The plumber, Ed, brought an apprentice who was doing the work and I got charged for two people working. The water started dripping from one of the new connections right after they left. The plumber had to come back to fix it and he told their office that I tempered with the connection!!! How would I do that with the black drain pipe under my sink? Why would I do that? He lied that I stood there with STOP WATCH? I did confirm with him how long he was there because they charge per hour and I do not want surprises on my bill. The
