We recently noticed that our furnace was not working properly and was blowing cold air out majority of the time, we contacted Tri City and they came in and advised us that our furnace had to be turned off for safety reasons and we needed a new one. Not only did they give us sound advice but came back later that day to bring us heaters to keep us warm until they could get us a new one. They went out of their way to get our furnace replaced asap and made us a top priority. The technicians that came in were very professional and friendly, we are all around very impressed with the work that they did

Called Nick to replace a fault sump pump. Nick was able to have someone come out the next day and replace the sump pump. The technician was on time and the price quoted was exactly what Nick said it would be after the job was completed. Have used Tri City before to plumb new lines in the basement and I would highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing!
We had a Novo water softener in our house, purchased from Tri City Plumbing by the previous owner which had been leaking, but was still under warranty. Since our water bill was unreasonably high, we contacted Tri City Plumbing. A technician came and found that a part needed to be replaced, but assured us that the defective water softener was not the cause of our water usage problem. After receiving no further feedback for over a month, we emailed the company to get an update. We were finally informed, “...the claim has been denied.” Although we followed up several times

Had my AC fixed today 6/07-21 by Tech Austin. Last year 2020 before fall season the AC started to leak water in my basement and had to shut it down for the remainder of the season and use my windows for natural breeze as I was not sure what was going on and couldnt take the risk keeping it on and having my basement wet. Tech Austin was very professional and quick. He had identified the issue right away after analyzing the furnace/AC. My pipe was clogged with debris and he had cleaned out the pipe and was done within 30mins. My AC is running great and best of all no water leaking :). Thank you Austin

Our AC unit broke down last week during the hot spell and it ended up being the compressor. We could get a new compressor or go new. We decided to go new and wanted to use a local company. We read the reviews and called Tri City. They asked what we currently had and the layout and accessibility. They quoted a mid range price and were able to install in just a few days. They were quick to answer all our questions before installation and very thorough during installation.

I had my furnace replaced today. The guys were really informative, respectful and neat and tidy (they cleaned everything up when they were finished). They also pointed out to me that my water heater needs to be replaced but weren't pushing me to use them at all when I told them I rent it. They simply suggested I reach out to Reliance and have them come and replace it. I was so impressed with them and the price was right as well.
