In a very difficult time of COVID-19-induced shortages, Niagara Pools went beyond our expectations in remodelling our inground pool with moulded steps and installing a new liner, not once but twice. Through no fault of their own, a new defective leaking pool liner 2 months in the making was quickly replaced with another one in less than a week. Rob’s installation duo was polite, hard-working, and to the point when recommending needed repairs to our 37 year old pool. Great job guys! Thanks again.

I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism. Completely incompetent to the point that they can’t even figure out how to book and keep an appt. I travelled an hour and a half for an appt. at a property that own outside of my home town - NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO CANCEL AND WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS, THE OWNER HUNG UP ON ME…WHAT THE HELL ROB???? YOU NOW OWE ME A 1/2 days worth of my time.

Avoid this company. They’re a bunch of non-responsive flakes who promise one thing but then never show up. And if you try calling them, they hang up on you and then ignore your calls. Now we’re left scrambling to find someone else to open our pool.

Probably one of the rudest companies I have ever dealt with. I called to get some information on contracting them to install a new pool liner and quote and was completely belittled. Completely arrogant and rude. I would not recommend calling them if you are looking for service. Wow. Still in shock. As for your response, judging the workmanship by a phone call and implying that we are putting people's safety in jeopardy is very unprofessional since we have completed the installation high above spec standards. I for one am glad you treated me the way you did as I would not want your true colors of

Having been Pool owners for many decades, we can honestly say we are quite familiar with the various types of Pool Service available. There is no Company that has the level of experience, professionalism and knowledge than Niagara Pools of which it's owner Robert George takes great pride in. I have refereed them to other pool owners who also agree and have opted to use Niagara Pools for all their pool needs including repairs and newly built pools. I highly recommend Robert and his crew at Niagara pools. I’ve used them for a number of years now for everything related to my pool, and I found them to be very accommodating, and professional. Questions are answered in a very timely manner, and the pricing is much more affordable than some other pool companies in Niagara.
