Very disrespectful staff with no value in customer service. Recently bought a lot and tried to reach out to Cassandra, who talks down to you in her emails. Communication skills from her lack any empathy or value.
During these unprecedented times, a company should be accessible via phone if not in person. Have attempted to reach out with no response and being left in the dark.
I hope the quality of work for the construction of property will justify me working with this company, but from a customer service perspective this has been a dreadful experience

Being a first time home buyer and owning a home was always been a dream which got fulfilled by Centennial Construction. I became a die hard fan of their pro active approach towards the design of the home, it’s interior, furnishings just to name a few. I don't normally write reviews of my clients but I felt I had to out of respect for Dominic and his staff.
I was hired last year to secure one of his facilities in Welland Ontario my security company tried my best we put in 1050% but no security company is perfect we had glitches starting out and just recently we both decided it was time to go our separate ways.
I have nothing but good things to say about Centennial Construction I consider them family.

Centennial is conducting the site work on my 54 suite townhome site and they our doing a great job! The workers on site are knowledgeable, punctual and keep the site clean. The head office, specifically Joe Candeloro, is great to work with and extremely responsive. They provide great value to any size project; they come highly recommended.

If you want your custom built home to be the best in quality, look and workmanship, no further. Centennial homes built our pre-construction home and did an absolute amazing job. There attention to detail and good quality material made our home that much better. I have only bought 3 homes from Centennial construction during the past 3 years. During my interface with the company I have noticed that Centennial staff; is very professional, very helpful to meet the requirements, also very flexible with closing of the property also. The workmanship of construction is good quality and I will definitely buying more and also will strongly recommend to my friends who will become their customers.
