Sparkes Builders is a family owned and operated general contracting business servicing the Lloydminster area. Carson Sparkes, the founder and owner, brings over 4 decades of experience to your project. He has built the family business upon the values of quality, honesty, Integrity and hard work. Our company has a variety of skilled employees on staff from journeyman carpenters to concrete finishers.
Sparkes Farm Systems Ltd. was the original name of Sparkes Builders. We still currently operate under both names. We build all kinds of agricultural buildings. Many of our previous projects have been large pig, dairy, and poultry barns, as well as other farm building structures. Below are some of our previous projects.

Outdoor living spaces increase the usable portion of the property and create opportunities for entertaining, relaxing, and hobby gardening.
We use Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) foundation walls for all of the houses we are building as of recent. ICF foundation has several benefits over the traditional concrete foundation walls. ICF walls have built-in insulation that meet new Alberta Energy code, allow for a nicer interior and exterior finish, and leave more floor space on the interior of the house.
