We build houses and we love what we do! For over 30 years we have been building homes in Lloydminster and the surrounding area. We've raised our family in Lloydminster and have watched the city grow with new families deciding to make their home here. We are proud of the homes we have built here, our workmanship and customer service.
We provide customized and professional design services. We can modify any of our in-house designs to suit what works for your family or we can take that 'napkin' sketch of your dream home and transform it into a complete set of blueprints. Our design team uses the latest CAD program to produce working drawings that will satisfy the customers vision of their new home.
We have a high regard for customer satisfaction and we strive to make sure that moving into a new home is an easy experience for you. But we don't stop providing help when you move in. We have been members of the Alberta and Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Programs for over 25 years. As such we make sure to help with an issues that may arise after you take possession of your new home.
The Bayfield is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom modified bi-level home. It features a large master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet as well as an attached ensuite with his and hers sinks. The home also contains a large kitchen and dining area connected to a living area with a fireplace. Another notable quality in this home is the rear entry to a covered deck off of the dining area.
