We help you make your house a home from start to finish. We will set up a time to come to your home where you can tell us exactly what you are looking for and answer any questions you may have. We will then welcome you into our newly designed showroom to look through samples of different flooring types to complete your design.

Erin goes above and beyond to make your floor buying experience a pleasure. There are so many materials you can walk on but she cuts through the noise and explains what your options are and doesn't try to pressure you. If you're a home owner or a contractor, do yourself a favour and see what Encore has to offer. I did and will be back for any of my future flooring needs.

Great service and quality. My wife and I expressed to our rep that we were concerned about damage to hardwood because of our kid and dog. We were advised that viynl may be a good alternative. Erin showed us material that gave us the look we wanted and the durability we needed to accommodate our lifestyle. Installers were efficient and respectful of my home. We are extremely happy with our new floors. They have transformed my home. I would highly recommend Encore to friends and family.

Never bother with this company, they are extremely rude, and seemingly not interested in providing any customer service, or assistance at all!
I called in to request a quote on a very specific wood floor, the women refused to provide over the phone, and even suggested that the price i found elsewhere is probably better. I even explained that I work full time, and they close at 5, so this is the reason I couldn't make it in person. She was not interested in sharing any details at ll. She went on to say the the wood I was looking for was not popular and would probably be very expensive. Extremely
