This was my third time contracting Sam / Safeway Flooring to install solid quality vinyl, laminate, or hardwood flooring. Sam is professional in every way. And his prices are fair when you consider the high quality of the flooring as well as his installation. He is also very considerate and responsible in the removal and disposal of old flooring. Sam and his team did a fantastic job replacing the grimy wall-to-wall carpeting in our house with beautiful new hardwood flooring. Even though our old Victorian house presented them with some difficulties in ensuring a level surface, Sam went above and beyond the call of duty to make the floors look spectacular. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to give their house a makeover.

Sam and team were efficient and easy to communicate. They are pretty busy so be patient if they take a bit to reply.
Sam first came to assess and show us some samples, and after he came a second time to do the installation with his team. They provided good advice and the job was completed in just one day.
Very professional! I definitely will hire him again for my flooring and carpeting upgrades.

Sam was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process of removal of the carpet and installation of the vinyl plank flooring. There were some issues with the original flooring we chose as it had a manufacturer's defect. Sam rectified the problem in a timely manner, went the extra mile to replace it with an equivalent product and completed the job on time. Would highly recommend Sam.

10/10! Sam is fast, trustworthy, great communication, has quality product and pricing is competitive - usually a combination that's too good to be true but not in this case. He was professional, flexible to work within our tight schedule and most importantly he delivered with fantastic results.
