We had no heat and call the first day and we had no heat for 4 days. We called and got the run around they Saud that the guy will call us back and never did. they told us that we're gonna need a whole new furnace which wasn't the case, we just needed a fan. we called another company and got our furnance fixed the same day. like to be left 4 days at -40°C with no heat. I do not recommend these guys.

Thank you for rescuing us at the very last minute before the weekend, I called and they told me they were all full until next week, the secretary or the nice lady I spoke with said let me make a phone call to Shane, around 2 hours later Kyle one of their employee showed up at my house and fixed the problem. we appreciate it so much. SABER BBQ We recently purchased and replaced our 10 year old BBQ from Packard Plumbing - and to say we LOVE it, is an understatement! There are 3 heat zones on the model I purchased - which I control - so… easily I can toast a bun, grill vegetables and sear meat - all at different temperatures at the same time!! The other thing that is great is the cooking surface, which even controlled heat, does not flare up - gone are my overcooked charred meats. Pizza! - yes please!! Called over 3 months ago for an appointment to fix our tankless hot water heater at our cottage, 9 hrs away from our home, that has been faulty for 8 months now (couldn't find a plumber in our remote location) and they were more then happy to do it. I've called Packard and Plumbing several times, and was very satisfied with the professional service they have provided. This time I am shocked at the service I've received...never again. I am floored at the invoice I received to have two undermount sinks and 3 bathroom taps changed...oh and by the way the taps were already bought. I was charged… almost $2,900 - $650 of that total was for supplies which I was quoted $70.00 for miscellaneous supplies. Where shall I start......poor service, will cut corners, do not treat their employees well at all, poor organization or none at all, family run business always yelling at each other, zero people skills, will perform work they are not licenced to do.....most people in town know how they operate and can't stand it but won't say anything or tell the… truth...and no I'm not s disgruntled employee, but I am a former employee that will tell the truth. Gloria is a joke and Bob and Shane are right there with her. did I cover it all? probably not but I got most of it.

Don't work for this company....they lie to customers, employees steal and have no safety standards....
New management Shane Packard is immature, can't take constructive criticism, steals hours away from you, sends you to customers homes with no materials.
Their equipment is worn out and broken so you can't do a good job even if you wanted and customers pay more for the job because of their negligence.
I would run from this hillbilly outfit.
