Haileybury Plumbing & Heating has been a fixture in Temiskaming Shores since 1955 when it was founded by N. Lacroix. Mr. Lacroix's son, Denis took over control of the company at the age of 19 and continued to operate the business until January of 2015 when it was purchased by long-time employee Jon Champagne.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Not helpful at all, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Waiting well over a month (going on 2 months and still no word) for a furnace (under warranty) to be fixed in the dead of winter is unacceptable. Office no help what so ever either, wont return phone calls or pick up phone. Apparently couldn't get ahold of manufacturer, I received a response in 7 mins via email to find out it wasn't properly diagnosed. So pretty self explanatory owner hadn't even called them yet to even inquire about parts, all to try and sell a used one off of
