The Rockhill complex consists of 6 high rise buildings connected through an interior, multi-level parking garage. After many years of usage, the concrete becomes delaminated. Our experienced work force is able to chip away the delaminated concrete, replace the reinforcing bars when necessary, and pour and place new concrete, thus rehabilitating and reinforcing the concrete slabs of the multi-level parking lot.
