I have edited my review:
SML Construction did a good job on my roof. It was quick and has had no problems all summer. But... It was a complicated job with other construction work.
Details: there was the other work that I originally was referred to Matt for: replacement of some flashing/capping and leak repair. This was not completed satisfactorily. The railing was never put back up and the inside finishing was removed to search for leaks but never repaired despite the fact that I was promised by SML that it would be repaired after the roof was replaced.
