This company installed a new furnace in our custom home, possession in 2017. When we recently started having a water/moisture leak from within the furnace, they could not provide a technician earlier than 7 days. Called another plumbing and heating company and they responded in less than 3 hours, providing a diagnosis within 1 hour. Upon calling Quality Air to report the repair recommendation, they seemed disinterested in doing the repair, and referred me back to the company that performed the diagnosis. Very poor follow-up and response on a product they sell and install.

We built our new home in 2017 & had 3 years of terribly frustrating serious problems with our heating system that could have been avoided. We had a heating imbalance which left our ensuite BR, Bathroom & WIC with temperatures well below allowable temperatures in winter.

I have personally worked along side them for decades in the construction industry here in Kelowna. Don the owner is one of the best people I know. I would not recommend this place! The manager/Owner Don lacks customer service skills. When he has to yell back at customers he should be ashamed of himself. Should go back to business school & learn how to treat customers. His receptionist Angie needs to retire ...very rude!

I have used Quality Air Care several times over the years for my HVAC needs and always experienced exceptional professional service at fair rates. This involved replacing our air conditioner that failed in the middle of a heat wave, with two young children we appreciated how quick the response time was, as well as replacing our hot water tank while I was away for work in the winter which ensured my family continued to have hot water. I highly recommend this business.
