This past Tuesday, I called the phone number (another local company)listed on the side of our furnace. Told the person that answered that we had no heat. Was told that no one could come out and “look” at it till this coming Friday. Well today is Thursday and Vision Mechanical saved the day and our home by taking immediate action. Here’s how it went.
Vision Mechanical was my next call, as suggested by a friend. Breeanna answered my call. No heat….I can have someone stop by later today between 2&4. At 1pm, the technician (Kjel) asks if he can come early. He diagnoses the problem in minutes

Great experience working with Visions. They repaired a gas fireplace and installed AC in our home. James and Jamie did a great job installing our AC. James was able to find an alternate route for the piping through existing duct work resulting in a much neater installation than we expected.

The communication through out my booking was very good. I got a text message for eta when the service person was on their way. Joel was so inviting and friendly and VERY knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us with a problem other than the one he was here for! Joel was extremely good at explaining everything that he was doing and what we could do to save some money on demolition! Such a friendly and amazing person and company!! We will be using them for everything in the future!!! :) Will recommend to EVERYONE I know!!!

Can't thank Vision Mechanical enough for coming out on short notice, quickly diagnosing and repairing the issue with our AC unit on a near 40 degree C day when they were no doubt already extremely busy. Jeff was awesome and walked us through what was being fixed. Wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future. A very positive experience.

We had Jeff from Visions come to our house on June 17 to do an annual check on our furnace and air conditioning. We wanted to pass on our thanks and compliments to Jeff for an excellent service call. He made a telephone call prior to his arrival and has such a great personality. extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. He was there for our Furnace and A/C but he solved an issue we had with our fireplace for the last several years.
