We recently had our 26 year old asphalt roof and skylight replaced by Coast Mountain Roofing. After receiving several other quotes we decided on CMR. Owen, our estimator was great to deal with. He explained all our roofing options and was helpful answering any questions.The roofing crew was led by a guy named Dexter. They were a great bunch to deal with and always mindful of the autumn weather...not starting any section they couldn't finish up by days end. We were also impressed by the little extras like gable coverings, rain diverters and other flashings that were a big improvement from the original

The crew worked fast, getting the whole job done in one day and were extremely friendly. We have had a few trades for larger home repairs and Coast Mountain crew were by far the most professional and friendly crew we have had. Would definitely recommend them.

Contacted CMR Company last spring to have our roof redone from cedar shingles to an asphalt shingle, with new rubber hidden gutters. They came with options, prices and worked with me on timeline. They were efficient and the onsite team was friendly, safe, and communicated well with me during the installation. Needless to say, we are very happy with our new roof and have managed to refer a few neighbors!

I had a small project that needed to be done, to replace the roof on the pool mechanical room and bathroom shed, about 240 square feet of roof. Simple job. These guys actually phoned me back, and very quickly after I sent an inquiry. The very fact they were professional and courteous enough to do this was impressive, because I tried calling MANY roofing companies, and most simply did not phone me back, or just didn't seem interested in my smaller job and fitting that in. One of them the guys just didn't show up and was totally flaky, so I lost total confidence to use them, and chose Coast Mountain

Brad Semon, the roof estimator, inspected the whole roof area and told me what was to be done. His crew did the work in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend CMR, and would definitely use them again - they are wonderful to deal with, conscientious, fair priced and their work is outstanding. Excellent Company, Fast and Professional.
Called up Coast Mountain for a new metal roof for my laneway house project. The were very professional, well priced and did a great job. They were in and out, cleaned up and I was dry and able to proceed. They were very knowledgeable and provided me with good advice on the best system. I definitely would recommend them and use them again.

Had a residential torch-on roof replacement done with Brad and his team at Coast Mountain Roof and everything went well. An initial assessment completed by Brad was thorough and provided a lot of insight to issues relating to the roofing. Would certainly recommend!

My shingle roof was leaking after just 15 years so this time around I wanted to make sure I get the right installer. I was very impressed by Brad and his team's professionalism. He's very responsive and honest with his quote. The team came on schedule and got it all done in two days, they cleaned up properly. The roof looks very solid. We glad that we chose them! Would recommend.
