Kelly and his crew did our roof this summer and it looks amazing. I have a Tudor with a lot of points and it took 2 full weeks for what I felt was a very competitive price.
We had picked a colour and Kelly encouraged us to pick another colour that would better suit the aesthetic is the house and I'm so glad we did.
His crew are very hard working and did an amazing clean up daily.
Very impressed and would recommend K2 to anyone who wants an amazing looking roof.

From the time we finalized the contract to the finishing of our roof and deck was a painless few days. Kelly was highly professional in his presentation and no frills approach, even encouraging us to get other… estimates. We went ahead with K2 due to the proposal schedule, estimate and the honest disposition of Kelly. He answered us truthfully and presented costs to worst case scenarios, so everything was transparent. Excellent. I was very impressed with Kelly and his crew, the job they did and their work ethic. As a woman, I was very impressed with Kelly's attitude. He did not "mansplain" to me :). He was very informative and answered all my questions as well as offering good suggestions. The job was timely, efficient and clean up was excellent. It was 2 years ago but I like to wait to post a review to see how something stands the test of time. The new roof it has handled a few very powerful wind storms and looks as good as the day it was installed. The cost was competitive with other estimates

So like many people this year, my roof was damaged from the snow, then rain. It leaked into the basement. I called up K2 Roofing after doing a google search and they said they would have someone come by that… day to have a look. Kelly called me just after 4pm saying he was just getting through rush hour and he would be over as soon as possible. Now after what I can only assume was a long day for him, as many people have been going through the same thing as I am, he showed up, prompty went up on the roof to inspect it. Started a fire on neighbour's property and were deemed responsible for the fire. Unfortunately, K2 will not pay out the claim, and neighbours are still living in their car. Since May 20th this has been dragging… on, and still no resolution. I would encourage anyone considering using this company to rethink their decision. I would also encourage K2 to settle this claim as they were deemed AT FAULT in the official fire report. Shady business at best. And leaving people homeless is about as low as you can go.

K2 Roofing did an excellent job on my roof, as well as gutter and downspout replacement. They were fast, efficient, and their work crews were top-notch. Kelly made helpful suggestions and at no time did I feel any pressure to subscribe to 'extras' I didn't need. I recommend K2 unequivocally. Great job, gang.
