We called for a service appointment/inspection as we’d just purchased a home with geothermal (which we are not familiar with) and wanted a full inspection and Nazir (the manager/owner) tried to charge us 244$ to come out and say hello. They didn’t bring any tools, didn’t open the furnace, just “looked at it” (the outside) and he did nothing but had his mechanic change a humidifier filter as fast as possible to ensure we were billed for something - I NEVER ASKED FOR IT. When we got the invoice we called to find out what on earth we were being charged for

Even though i didn't end up getting the install done by this company due to complications in my condo the service provided by Nazir A. was absolutely amazing. He took a lot of time and effort in finding out information for me, researching and doing his utmost best to help me out and keeping constant contact to let me know what was going on during a very stressful time for me. He was the only contractor i dealt with (out of 4) that actually knew his stuff and ended up saving me thousands of dollars in not getting a job done that other contractors were pushing on me.
