DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After 2 days of negotiating and waiting for our apointment-all while the weather was -15 celius and there is no heat in the house and people were freezing-when they arrived they refused to do the job because they couldn't find parking close enough to the house (despite the huge snowstorm that left tons of snow that eliminates parking spots because of the volume of the snow, there were multiple parking spots within a block). They didn't want to walk a block to their truck for any tools they forgot. There is a laneway right at the back of the house-the closest possible spot

I had an issue with my furnace which needed to be fixed, it was purchased from Cosmopolitan so i Decded to combine the repair with the annual maintenance. Contacted Cosmopolitan to request service tech Ather come to diagnose,repair and perform the maintenance. Ather has serviced my furnace since the original purchase. As always, Ather was timely, informative, competent and professional in the delivery of the services. He was very meticulous in his diagnosis of the lockout problem and his attention to details. And very pleasant to work with. Well done and thank you Ather!

I have replaced my furnace last winter because my existing furnace broke down. I searched cosmopolitan mechanical on internet but before calling the advisor from cosmopolitan I had already got 3 more quotes from other companies. The salesperson Paul from cosmopolitan was at my place on the given time, his presentation was impressive, and the price which he quoted to us was reasonable. We ended up purchasing Lennox G61 furnace from him there wasn’t any hidden cost I paid the amount which Paul quoted me. Arshad with his crew came for the installation on the same day and finished the installation

I had a new furnace installed 2 weeks ago by Cosmopolitan Mechanical.Since i had no heat in my house due to my old furnace that had died on me on the weekend. After calling a few HVAC service providers who didn't respond in a timely manner. I called Cosmopolitan and they responded very promptly to resolve my problem.They not only gave me reasonable quotes for furnace replacement but also provided me a quick installation which was done the very next morning. Definitely recommended to all.
