I'm writing an in-depth review, and ultimately giving Hearth 5 stars because their service is just out of this world amazing.
Let's start from the beginning. Linda was great to deal with, on figuring out my plan and and exactly what I wanted in a house. We chatted for a while, visited a few of their different show homes and landed on one that I liked but wanted customized. The job cost card was fairly accurate, but make sure you go through everything. I asked for a copy of their showhome, and was quite surprised when the countertops were an upcharge since I had thought I had the countertops selected

Hearth-homes built our house from our own house plan. They modified an existing plan to fit our design. The house was built AHEAD of schedule and on budget. We are very particular and was up at the house monitoring progress everyday. The project management team of Brandi, Liam and Seth were fabulous. Seth, the site foreman explained every step of the work and was quick to address any mistakes that were made. There were very few mistakes throughout the process. Everything was addressed promptly. We are now in our house for just over 12 months. There was virtually nothing to address at the one year

Building a new home with Hearth Homes is an easy and rewarding experience. They worked diligently with us to build our forever home. Communication was easy and straightforward. It was a real pleasure to work with Hearth Homes from start to finish. They built two accessible homes for our agency with unique and innovative layouts. The quality and attention to detail resulted in two beautiful homes with thoughtful designs. Their team was very responsive to our questions every step of the way. They were on schedule and budget for both homes. Representatives from Hearth Homes were quick to respond to questions and thorough with responses and ideas. We have all heard of stories where builders wipe their hands after the build is complete, this is NOT the case with Hearth Homes

On behalf of my wife and I, I would like to thank Hearth Homes for the entire process of building our dream home. To start, Linda was great to deal with initially in setting up the process for us. Then from the start of the build to the end, Ryan was great to deal with in addressing and fixing any concerns that may have come up. Any bumps that did arise we were able to get fixed to our satisfaction and we are very happy with the end results. We would also like to thank Seth as any time we did meet or have do deal with him he was always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a great experience using Hearth Homes and would build with them again. We found in comparison to other builders, Hearth controls the number of builds they take on each year to allow for more personalized attention, they get to know you, check in often and were always available to consult with (there were no delays in communication). Great workmanship, assistance with planning and design and we overall enjoyed our building experience.
