These guys are horrible. Stay away from this company for your own good! I invited them to my house for a duct cleaning and furnace maintenance service. To be sure, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace. It was working perfectly. I only called Weather Tech for routine maintenance and duct cleaning. That was the biggest mistake I made this year. First, their charges for these services were way higher than normal. I paid over $525 for these. OK. No big deal. Called Weather Tech to repair our high efficiency gas furnace because they are a Lennox dealer and our local installer in Selkirk has gone out of business (retired). We have recently had intermittent problems with the furnace (8 years old, installed in 2013) shutting down with a "low pressure switch" error code. On the previous occasion the service person replaced the furnace air filter which seemed to clear the fault. I did the same this year when the furnace quit working in January.

Purchased new furnace from Weather Tech in November 2017 and happy with installation. Furnace shut off in October 2020, signaling ignition wouldn't light...not something that should happen with a 3-year old furnace. Called Co. to ask about it and told they charge $125 +tax to come and figure it out - and this is key - told 'if a repair to the furnace was required, the costs for parts and any additional labour may be extra'. Chad, their repairman, took 2 minutes to restart/'repair' my furnace. It turns out the 2 wires into the pressure switch (controls ignition) had come slightly out (how that happens

Had our furnace installed yesterday but some vents have poor air flow(previous problem). Harmeet and his team did their best to figure out and improve air flow by adjusting the dampers. He came back this afternoon to further investigate what’s causing the problem. He even bought a camera that goes deeper to see what’s inside the vents. He found a huge weird metal thing inside the vent and took it out. He patched everything and gave us advice on how to further improve airflow in the kitchen. The installation of our tankless water heater by Weather Tech Heating and Cooling by Steve was one of the best orchestrated installation that I ever encountered. Called in the morning and Steve was there that evening for a quote. Unit was ordered and arrived two days later.
