If you need a job done, don't hire this company. It's been more than 40 days since they came to check our leaking toilet, told us they will order a part to fix it and we haven't heard from them since. I emailed them to ask what's going on 10 days ago and they didn't give me an answer, just told me they will check with the technician to see when the part was ordered. Silence.
Therefore, terrible service!!! Go somewhere else.

Non responsive, completely unprofessional, useless amateurs. I used these guys a couple of times they were ok. I continued because they were familiar with the building, a smaller company and so I thought I'd continue to support them. Paid promptly, always kind and polite. Wasted two weeks chasing after Brent. RUDE! All he had to say was "I'll send you a bill." FOR NOTHING COMPLETED! Please go elsewhere. I now have to start from zero.

Over-charged to change a brass plate that holds the toilet in place. I had called the owner the week before and told him what the issue was. And again, I responded to his text message the night before to tell him that the toilet was wobbling. When his plumber arrived the next morning, the Plumber told me that the owner never tells him anything… about the job ahead of time. He arrives and figures it out on the spot. Of course, his plumber didn't have the brass plate, so he had to drive to another city to pick it up, and I was billed for all the driving time. This doesn't seem right, especially
