My experience with Milani was excellent. I needed a toilet replaced. Aniket was fast and responsive in getting me a quote and scheduling the job. Our technician, Brad P, was professional and fast, arrived when expected and completed the job efficiently and perfectly. I found the cost to be reasonable with no surprises. Igor was our technician. He quickly knew what was wrong with the shower valve. He accessed it by taking out a drywall section. He explained how it should be repaired. He probably saved us lots of money by doing the necessary repairs before a system failure. Milani's rates are not cheap but we value the good workmanship. We will call them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Had my furnace stop working. Suspected igniter problem but trying to get a repair person right away proved difficult. My regular furnace guy was ill and unable to respond however suggested I call Milani so I did and I am extremely happy for that recommendation and will echo it myself. Fast efficient, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy "Kevin" responded within four hours and solved the problem. I will have no issues calling this company in the future. A pleasant experience during a trying time. Thank you as well to the fantastic office staff I spoke with.

Hired them based on a recommendation. Phone staff are great. Plumber came early, was courteous and friendly. But in the end I feel like I was unnecessarily milked for additional time. Mutually agreed job was to replace the faulty inside valve now and repair a burst hose bib pipe later. Plumber deemed it necessary to leave for 40 min to "get parts". The parts that were installed were common: ball valve, coupler, end cap and pipe. I find it very hard to believe this was not already in his truck. Then plumber's power tool batteries were near dead. That took additional time to charge in my house. I

Devon was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and worked fast to get two of our drains unclogged. He also replaced the old copper pipes under our kitchen sinks that have been backing up for years and had started to disintegrate. I highly recommend his/Milani's services.

Milani Plumbing did a great job and we liked that they provided us with info as to what to expect, detailed quote, estimated time of arrival and follow up. We needed emergency response on the first day because a water pipe broke in the house. They were able to respond quickly to fix it and then later returned to install a new hot water tank. Job well done!

I called on Milani to have my 15 year old furnace serviced. Kevin M was the serviceman and he clearly was very experienced and knowledgeable and while inspecting the furnace, he explained and pointed out various issues and potential future issues that might arise. I appreciate his being forthright and honest and that is why I call on Milani for any plumbing and furnace matters. I would rather pay a fair price for someone who is a professional than a lower price for someone who lacks the knowledge and experience. It was also great to get a follow up call the next day from Milani asking how I felt

Service line into house sprung a leak. Milani replaced the service line using their trenchless method - digging down by hand 6ft into the driveway to access the broken pipe.
Milani were absolutely punctual and very professional. Daniel and Sungwon went about their work with minimum disturbance. They took photos as they went along for our insurance claim. Work was completed well within the expected time, with no problems, and was high quality. They ensured everything was working, no leaks, cleaned up afterwards and checked we were satisfied.
