John picked up phone and came over on same day to inspect the site, quite was given on the same occasion. His pricing is reasonable. The only thing is he works on his on schedule, called me in the morning and said he’ll be coming over. 😆I was driving otw to office already; regardless - he did what he needed to do and make wonder to my tall tree. If you can give me a heads up on your schedule, I’d definitely give you 5stars, John! Highly recommend him to other people and I’m a loyal customer to him!

Reached out on Monday to get a fir tree cut down, John came to give a quote on Wednesday and it was $200 cheaper than another quote I had received so I said sounds good when can book me in and he said he'd give me a call. His guys came the next day on Thursday and got the job done. Only negative thing is that I wasn't told that they were coming so if you don't want any surprise visits make sure to emphasize that. If not for that I'd be giving them 5 stars but I'm still a very happy customer.

The tree services were priced very reasonably, Danny the guy on the ground and in the trees was very respectful and easy going. The work done by Protree Services was done quickly and professionally. My back yard was a mess and now its beautiful. Thanks Protree for giving me back my backyard after that windstorm. I will call you as soon as my trees need some more love.

2 douglas fir trees were removed, fast and efficient, no left over mess, reasonable price.

Called to inquire about branch chipping services and was told "It's not one of our favorite jobs cleaning up someone else's mess". Never even asked what the job was like? I already had all the limbs bucked up and branches stacked in the same direction for easy access.

We had a little blip on the arrival time with one of the workers, but John remedied the situation by getting to my place within 10 minutes to make sure the job was done. So for that it's a 5 star review.

Pro Tree Service did a terrific job of trimming our overgrown trees and shrubs in our front yard. When we called for an estimate John arrived within 20 minutes and the worked was done the same week. The crew is polite, work quickly and cleaned up and removed all trimmings.

I asked for a quote twice and never recived one. Very unprofessional. I will not ask a third time. When I called the second time he said he could not remember the job and he would come and take a look second look. But he never showed up.

Excellent Service backed by integrity. John and his apprentice Danny are skillful workers who are artistic on approach to hedging and tree trimming. I've used Pro Tree Service for 3 years now and never disappointed on the work or the quote.

John at Pro Tree Services provided a quote for removing limbs from a large tree that was growing into our roof. The quote was lower than the value of the work in our opinion. John and his guys worked diligently and completed the task as described, doing more work than was required in order to completely remove the necessary limbs. Clean up was good. Please note, larger tree pieces are not removed or disposed of, this is the home owner’s responsibility. We strongly recommend Pro tree Services for your pruning needs.
