I could not be happier with the experience that we recently had with our furnace service and repair. This was not an emergency situation, but the administrative staff was friendly and quick to have us booked. The technician was excellent in his diagnosis of the problem, his education throughout the process, and taking care of what we needed while the furnace was out of commission. I will gladly use them for any needs in the future.

Our water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday night. Had to shut it off which meant no hot water with two small kids stuck at home. Called martensville plumbing and heating the next morning and had someone at the house by 1:00pm. He quickly diagnosed that the water heater needed to be fully replaced. He went straight to get the new water heater and all the parts came back and had everything installed and done by 4pm. Amazing company to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Martensville Plumbing and Heating is my go-to referral not only for Warman/Martensville area, but for Saskatoon as well. I was so thankful that when I called when my water heater was acting up that their guys were able to walk through a couple of options to try and they worked! It's not every day you come across a company that would rather help you figure things out (and you better believe they will be my first call if anything goes wrong that isn't such a 'simple' fix!)

I came home from Mexico very early Sunday morning to 5 degrees in my house. I contacted Tracey as soon as I woke up in the morning, and she sent someone over right away! It wasn’t able to be fixed on Sunday because they needed to get a part, but they did leave behind several heaters so I could stay warm. They got the part on Monday and my place is now toasty warm! Thank you for always having exceptional service!!
