I don't love to post negative reviews, but I am seriously disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I was able to get someone to come to my house, but to actually be provided a quote has been impossible. It has been 2 months and today they told me to take my business somewhere else. I followed up several times via email and phone and never received a response. I would definitely reconsider choosing this company as they were extremely unhelpful and rude.

Message from Tony: Many thanks to Tarin and Gurp for their countless hours of help with my condo renovation. Being from out of town makes it difficult to pick the right product for the job. But with this team my life was made much easier. They went out of their way and made a trip to my condo with various product and picked the best ones they believed would work with my layout. From that my daughter picked the final one. The support did not end their. During the installation Tarin followed up to make sure all was going smoothly. Stefan and the team are fantastic to work with. We had them re-floor our previous condo, and most recently our entire house. In addition to floors throughout, the work included refinishing the stairs, new stair pickets and posts, and a custom rounded set of steps they fabricated and installed for us.

The whole process of floor replacement ran like clockwork. Gurp, who was our sales contact, was extremely professional during every stage of the project and was crystal clear in explaining the end-to-end process. Wayne and his team did an amazing job with the actual flooring itself. These folks also had the most competitive quotes out of all the contractors i contacted. Overall an amazing experience and many thanks to the whole team!

Amazing experience working with this company. My flooring came out stunning. I'm glad that Stefan helped me with this beautiful herringbone pattern, was definitely worth the extra few dollars per sq/ft. The store in itself was beautiful, stunning displays and the showroom was setup so nicely. I was very impressed with all of the people that I worked with along the way. The installers were also very respectful of my home and were very helpful. Thanks for the great work guys!
