Did a lot of research on what and where to purchase my flooring. AA Floors ( on Evan’s) we’re top of the list for homeowners and contractors! So happy I went with them. Peter was top notch customer service, others I meet also were a delight to talk with. We love our floors, they exceeded my expectations , our fiends can’t believe they are Luxury Vinyl Plank , (they all touch them) All the flooring was TORLYS , mostly vinyl ,and the bedroom cork ( that is made in Canada ). Really think it’s important to give the good guys out there ,TWO THUMBS UP 👍👍

We just finished installing our beautiful Natural Hickory engineered flooring from AA Floors. It completely transformed the space making it warm and inviting. The in-store staff are helpful, but not intrusive, and gave great pointers for selecting flooring. When it came time to buy I was really impressed with the excellent communication from Peter, who helped me navigate the purchase and delivery process from start to finish. Despite a small hiccup with delivery, AA was super quick to address it, and get the flooring on-site for when we needed it. All-in-all, the kind of people you want to do business

We have used AA on several projects. They have great selection and fair prices. My only critic is they don't do a great job anymore with customer service.... Associates need better training and a better approach for handling customers. I don't need alot of assistance so my situation was ok but I saw several customers very frustrated. Sad as Russ was amazing to deal with in the past for me when I did need help. Hope you fix this.

I needed new floor for my condo and i got a recommendation from others that AA Floors are best place to get it (both price and quality)
I took out all my carpet and put these nice brown Vinyl. I love the color and AA floors were so helpful with the documents I needed. They are very fast for arranging dates(delivery and stocking).

I was overwhelmed and it was a lockdown when we purchased our home and of course we needed floors. I found AA Floors online and sent an email and shockingly received a reply back! I went into the store once able to and the team there were amazing. Peter is super friendly and accommodating- I can’t say enough as many will know a renovation is not easy, but Peter and team were there to help me a long the way and even assisted with a number of other services like installation and just overall guidance on materials. My pictures don’t do it justice! Oh and they had the best selection and pricing

We bought 750 sq feet of hardwood from AA and had it installed. I changed my mind after the initial deposit on the hardwood and they were fine with letting me switch it. Really knowledgable sales guys. The installers were late in the am and I was worried but they were awesome. They tore out the carpet and laid the entire second floor in one day! Fair prices, great installers. Really happy with the floors and the service.
