We had a clogged drain leading to our septic tank and even trying to getting a hold of other plumbers was difficult, but these guys had prompt and helpful online chat service even late at night.
Gareth came out first thing in the morning and cleared the clog, making sure everything was good with the camera before leaving. Gareth was friendly, professional and did a great job and he didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder to learn things or our barking dogs. He even went above and beyond to try and diagnose an intermittent problem with a drain for our island tub.
Highly recommend this outfit

Filled an online request around 3:30am and chose a time slot for 4pm-6pm on a sunday. JEFF from Unclogit was at the door at 4pm. High-end equipment very professional, friendly and super nice guy. Job done in under an hour. Cleaned the whole mess spotless.

Had a plumbing issue I thought I could fix on my own with guidance and tools from a hardware store... and I was unsuccessful and made a huge mess. Andrew came right away and arrived when he said he would and fixed my problem within minutes having all the right professional heavy duty tools. Don’t waste your money on buying things to fix it yourself call the professionals and get it done right! Highly recommend Unclog it with Andrew and his team!

This morning I had a road rage incident with one of your plumbers, Jeff McRae.
This morning, while cycling on W 8th Ave in Vancouver he concluded that despite the fact that (1) this is a 30kph zone, (2) I was moving at > 30kph, (3) he would approach me aggressively from behind, lay on the horn and then pass me aggressively (obviously doing well in excess of the speed limit). When I caught up to him at a stop sign in approximately one block and asked him to roll down his window so I could talk to him, he got out of the vehicle and threatened to 'get into it with me' and began yelling at me.
