We have been using Reliable for at least a decade now and have always been well taken care of. Just recently had a new furnace put in and the team from start to finish were awesome. The 2 techs, Kyle & Dillon, who installed the new furnace were friendly and entertaining. My little 3 year old talked their ears off and they interacted back which was really nice to see. Always happy with the service we receive from Reliable!

Woke up to the smell of plastic burning at 6am when it was -38 outside. They called us back within 90mins and we had heat around 1pm after a piece of our furnace circut board melted. They were quick, open with the issue, professional and very helpful. Thank you so much!

After years of struggling with summer heat in an old boiler heated house, we bit the bullet and invested in ductless AC. Overall, the company was good to deal with. All were very friendly, and they gave us a great deal. A couple of 'small' things that keep it from being a 5-star experience. Upon installation of hot water tank, we had no hot water, and had to get them to come back (next day) to fix it, and one of the older workers would not wear a mask when working in our house (not sure what his actual name is, since he and other of the other gentlemen kept calling each other 'Ernie' lol)

Horrible experience. Very long list but will sum it up. Didn't arrive on start date, they got mixed up. 2 "Ernie's" showed up and were the worst guys ever. They kept repeating their names and whatever childish comments they made to each other over and over. My other trades could not believe how childish they were. Took these 2 characters (being polite) 8 DAYS to tie in 5 radiators and install a new small boiler. New lines were run with pex ( Thank goodness for this cause if they hard piped it they would still be there). Unbelievable and unacceptable. All work was easily accessible and in basement

Had Reliable come out and support my family to get a new Air Conditioner. Murray and Clint were able to price a nice 16 Seer Airease at a fair price. Installation and workmanship of Reliable are at a high standard. They were done in 2 hours and unit works well. This is my 4th time with Reliable and will refer more people in my network to go with them

My AC hasn't been keeping up for a few years despite cleaning and servicing, so with the early heat this summer we decided it was time to get the unit replaced.
Spoke to a rep on Sunday (called me even though they were off that day), had the quote on Monday, had the work done on Thursday . Super fast and responsive, and the only reason it took this long is that Wednesday was a stat holiday.
My crew was Ray and Corey, really friendly guys, genuinely helpful and upfront about some issues that weren't expected when the quote was completed. We agreed to some changes on the spot, had all the new work

The nicest people and the best customer service. I was having trouble finding anyone to help me and fit in my crazy schedule, but Reliable did. They were punctual and completed the work in less time than expected. Their prices were in the same ballpark as others, but won me over with their incredible, friendly service. I will be back when this water heater eventually breaks.
