BAUCO plus II is a concealed hardware gypsum wallboard access panel that blends seamlessly into your wall or ceiling. Once installed and finished to match the surrounding surface, a clean 1/16 (1.6 mm) reveal is all that remains visible. All elegant and functional surface treatments can be applied to the door as well.
Our standard size BAUCO plus II access panels start at 6" x 6" (152.4 x 152.4 mm) up to 24" x 36" (609.6 x 914.4 mm) available for both 5/8" (15.9 mm) and 1/2" (12.7 mm) drywall installation. It comes standard with a concealed touch latch with additional latching/locking devices optional. A range of custom size access panels are also available from 6" (152.4 mm) to approximately 100" (2540 mm) and can be built in increments of 1/8" (3.2 mm).
With the customization options available and short production lead times, the BAUCO plus II access panel is the number one choice for contractors and architects in construction projects world-wide. Our panels can be manufactured as multi-leaf doors in Butterfly and Bomb Bay styles, depending on the opening size.
