Friendly, knowledgeable staff were very helpful in my journey to determine the right backsplash for my kitchen. James was great at getting the discontinued backsplash I wanted, and keeping me informed. The installation was definitely not easy due to uneven plaster walls. But, my heart was set on this particular backsplash, so Mike said he would try. I couldn't be happier. The result is beautiful. If I ever need anything else, A-1 Flooring will be my first, and probably only stop.

Went here looking for just one tile for a project we were doing at home. The salesman was quite helpful and had some good suggestions. Ultimately he let me take home a sample tile I thought might work. I felt this was a great customer service moment and much appreciated. I only gave a 4 out of 5 rating because I also mentioned we were looking to replace all our flooring on the main floor of our house and was interested in looking at laminate flooring. Sadly the salesperson totally ignored my comment and never offered to discuss the flooring with me. I suppose he may not have heard me but we were

They showed my girlfriend a ton of different options for the floor. She was able to decide on a very modern tile and hardwood that she hadn't thought of before going in.

The pricing is fantastic and the service is even better. From getting samples, ordering the tile/carpet, and the installers that did my fireplace did an absolutely fantastic job. Recently I also had them do my bathroom floor and my standup shower and my entire basement carpet. I would highly recommend these guys.

The best place for tile and carpet in London. I can't recommend them enough. Don't be put off by the small footprint - they have a deep selection and are extremely knowledgeable. The staff will help you sort through the options and find the tile that is just right for your project. I have visited about seven other tile stores in London, and A1 is by far the best in terms of helpful staff and highly competitive prices, in some cases 40% less than their competitors for exactly the same product. You can also get some great deals on end-of-roll carpet selections if you are flexible on choice - perfect
